Hello The spring in the dining chair was broken and made the seat very uncomfortable. it was hard to get a shower temperature at the right level. I woke up through the night, smelling a bad odour from the bedding. I think you need to clean and replace your bed covers more regularly. For some reason there was a lamp in the cupboard and not on the Bedside table.

Great overnight accommodation for a reasonable price. The room was very clean, spacious, airy and well set out with a great kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great.

My mistake, I was recommended a Motel across the road, but I mistakingly booked this one as very similar name and was on same street. 1st impressions was that it was quite dirty (bedding etc was fine) but there was dust everywhere on top of coffee table, TV, TV cable, window sills etc. All the surfaces incl LightSwitches definitely need a deep clean! And I was led to believe this place had been refurbished lately! Not even. I actually booked and paid for a better room too but certainly didn’t get that! I don’t normally do reviews whether good or bad but felt I needed too for this one

Our room was very out dated and filthy & smelt stale Black dirty mop width mark ( tideline) around bottom of walls where a dirty mop had continuously used ,grime around sink area and walls ,dirty floor ( had to throw our slippers away due to filth on the soles that we did not want to contaminate our home , On pulling out the sofa to retrieve a pen ,behind and under was disgusting and was obvious to us ( 35 yrs of private home ; motel & hospital cleaning experience) it had not been moved out to clean for an extreme amount of time ,there were dead cockroaches : ,shells of dead cockroaches ,old toothbrushes , cigarette butt and partially used burnt cigarette paper and more as well as an easy 2 inch build up of dust n dirt ;under sofa bed cushions, crumbs ;something that resembled rotted banana and wet sticky looking substance We should be refunded for the unpleasantness we experienced

The microwave couldn't be used as no turn table and the base of the oven was damaged . No top sheet on one of the doggie beds. 1 bowl and 1 plate , 1 cup.i won't be staying again. Icouldnt cooked the microwave porridge we had bought for the children.
