The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was hot and filling. The issue was the reason I took my family to this getaway. We wanted to have a fun time with the grandkids. Well, the hot tub was not heated, and the pools were ice-cold. So cold that we could barely get in to swim with the kids. In fact, Grandma didn't get in the water at all, and it was her birthday present. Disappointing!

Pool was dirty and slimy. Hotel was very noisy. Occupants were smoking Pot in the Hallway on the 2nd Floor and you could smell it down on the 1st floor. Complementary breakfast was burned(potatoes/meat)

The activity pool was too cold for the kids. The drain in our room did not work properly and the toilet needed repair. Had an error on the temperature control. The room other than that was okay breakfast was decent. Beds were pretty comfy.

First time guest at this property and for once we were positively surprised by what we expected of a hotel vs what we got. Large pool, with large hot tub and kiddie area. Outside traffic can hardly be heard - hence the property is located far from major roads. The breakfast offered a few more options than similar hotels in this category.

When we got to our hotel room there was no shower curtain, the bathroom was dirty and the sofa had a very disgusting stain on it. We were told that we would receive a refund, but have not seen it yet.
