Overall the hotel was okay, the staff was pleasant and nice. There’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up a long flight of stairs, which is hard when you have bad knees! It was also nice and quiet which was great for sleeping and there’s a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is very convenient.

I had a family emergency and went to ask if I could have my money back for the following night that I booked. The answer was NO because of I needed a 24hr notice. I asked if I could get a discount towards another stay next time I was in town and they told me NO again. It seemed liked once they had there $$ they didn't care for the guest. I wasn't impressed by all means.

Very quiet. Looked abandoned when we pulled up. It was very nice once entering the front entrance. Nice it was pet friendly. Did. Not see many employees but when we did they were very friendly. Parking was great. Very close to fireside theater

Property was great! Room great although the phone didn’t work and our room wasn’t cleaned. We were gone from 7 am till 8 pm the second day but when told front desk leaving the morning of 3rd day we were told Wyndham only cleans every other day. There was no notification in the room or anywhere about that. The room was beautiful though, the free breakfast best we’ve had, and the people very nice!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Several aspects of my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the shower, and I observed what appeared to be buggies on the headboard. Furthermore, the rugs felt unclean underfoot. In addition, I found the staff at the front desk to be unwelcoming and unhelpful. This level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would appreciate it if you would address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other guests. I do not plan to stay at your hotel again and would advise others to carefully consider their choice before booking.
