I believe the rating on Expedia came from a different hotel. That owner purchased the hotel we stayed in. The rooms were crooked, walls slanted, floors, crooked. Room smelled of smoke from years. There was no ice machine, nor could the people called tell us where the ice machine was. There wasn’t one, but they said we could get ice across the parking lot from the lounge which is also owned by the same hotel company. Stay away from this one.

A unique room located on a pier in Noyo Harbor. Yes, it's dated and the walls are paper thin. But the location. Watching Sea Lions. Boats cruising by your balcony. Deer on the opposite shore. It was overcast on our trip but I've seen spectacular sunsets from the harbor. You hear the occasional chair upstairs in the restaurant. But it closes at 8. (and closed on Wednesdays) Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Leave the door open at night and enjoy the sea breeze with the distant foghorn. The property was sold early July 2025 and plans are to close and rebuild it. Hopefully this will be successful as it's such a cool location.

Not even close to an 8.0

The one positive would be it was clean. Everything else was not as expected. It was rated at an 8.0 if it would have been a 5.0 or maybe a 5.5 we wouldn’t have an issue. Self check in, no one to contact. Super dated and floor, doors were so badly sagged with gaps.
Huge gap under entry door. Won’t let me share the video how bad the slant was in room the golf ball took off running.

Get The Water Front View

Love this hotel! We stayed in a water front room so we had the harbor view. So fun to watch the fishing boats come and go and watch the sea lions, deer and birds through our binoculars. I gave a few things 4 stars just to give a through review,they are not deal breakers for me but might be for some folks. The room was clean enough but the last night we were there ants showed up. Not a ton but irritating to see a few at a time on the table. There are no cleaning services offered unless you stay 4 nights. But there are plenty of supplies so you dont really need anything. I did my check in/check out online and it was easy. There is a 24 hour # you can call if you need anything. I would have called about the ants if they showed up on day 1. I am an early riser so I was able to open the window blinds and sit at the table with my coffee watching the activities in the harbor. Hotels.com said pets are free but there is a charge for pets which is added when you check in. Over all we had a fantastic time and will be back. My daughter wants to make this our annual mom/daughter destination.

Self check in is a bust. If you arrive and there is an issue with your 4th email that has your confirmation number to the door, there is no front desk as advertised. Tv also comes off and on like clock work every 15 minutes. Had to find a maintenance man who literally just moves the bad cable box from one room to the other.
