When we checked-in we were able to upgrade to a upstairs suite with a ocean view and hot tub. Beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and even the hot tub. The staff was very courteous and took care of any issues in an expedient manner! Wonderful stay! Thanks

Great one day!
We really enjoyed our stay here: it was one night of a longer vacation starting in Seattle and ending in Monterey. We loved the location, ocean view and easy parking.

No air conditioning in room. Did not know that ahead of time. We had a ground floor room so we could not leave slider door open. Felt very unsafe with all the people walking in and around our patio. NO privacy. The patio's are very close together with zero privacy wall. Boardwalk is right outside patio door. Will not stay here again.

Great place for trip to N California
We love the Beachcomber and have stayed there several times. It’s central to Fort Bragg and Mendocino is just down the coast right on Highway 1. North is MacKerricher State Park and wonderful walks along boardwalks and cliffs. Great places to eat down by the harbor and Headlands coffee house is wonderful for breakfast and excellent coffee.

The staff are so friendly and helpful!! The view is stunning and the rooms are very nice! Just a very crowded area. It’s hard to find anywhere quiet. The rooms are very close together and the balconies are connected so your neighbors are always right next to you.

We chose this place for the ocean view and that was 10/10 beautiful. Average room, but it was clean. AC did not work so stayed warm and stuffy at times for a July night. The central fire pits by the front office were nice and the staff were friendly too.

Expensive But Quite Nice
Great location. Nice ocean views and access to beachfront pathway. Bikes available for guest use. Fire pits for guest enjoyment. Very clean and well maintained. Rather expensive.
