Staff friendly and attentive, but the place is in dire need of a remodel. Rust, dust, chips and rips obvious on the furniture and appliances but no mold. No pests other than our neighbors “gardening” late into the night despite the hotel’s no smoking policy.

Clean, quiet and close to Glass Beach. Front desk associate wasn't too friendly to ask questions with when we arrived. Office and Registration Building should at least have the sign that it's for Best Western Vista Manor.

Very convenient location, easy parking, very old outdated building, room had noticeable unprofessional fixes curtains half thorn, wall semi patched, very low end property that looked very motel type, not the standard. Front desk lady was very unfriendly: name? Credit card? What? Only reason we stayed was the convenience. The gentleman at breakfast was very kind and friendly.

Solid stay

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all great. The partial view was VERY partial and the area wasn’t very walkable. Though the beach was close, it was off a fairly busy highway with no sidewalks.

The beach view was about the only positive about the stay. The AC was not working in the room. The carpet smelled like mildew, it was stained everywhere. The bathroom ceiling fan was dirty and clogged. The sheets were polyester, therefore making the bed warm.
