First, I want to say that the staff here are phenomenal. Friendly, quick to answer questions and requests, and very professional. But the room… Omiword! Everything except the linens was nasty dirty! My mom walked barefoot for the first morning and the soles of her feet had turned black with dirt. The air filter on the AC/heater unit was so filthy that we couldn’t turn it on because it smelled disgusting. There was no fire alarm and the ceiling was growing dust! I will be addressing this with the company by email with pics as well.

No toiletries provided except a bar soap, no bed spread provided. TV inoperative. Good LVP flooring, but not clean enough to feel comfortable in bare feet. Good enough for prison relocation folks, etc… probably not my first choice next time, even tho the Motel 6 name drew me there…. Just not a corporate player/owner.

Hot tub felt like floor around it was gonna cave in. Made me nervous and lady nervous to even go near it. No outlets for charging by the bed. The staff was super nice and ladys cleaned very well. Just stuff was not really taken care of. Window blinds people could look in and see half the room.

hmmm i guess if you want to crash out stay here

um guy that check us in said housekeeping wasn't going to come. then when my husband was out he was like knocking and i asked who is it with no answer and when i finally got to the window he was about to come in and i wasn't dressed. i am honestly freaked out but I guess this area just has really trashy people staying at this motelnfor this to be normal behavior

We got the spa room. The jets didn’t work on the tub. When we drained the tub nastiness bubbled up in the shower. We called and they said they would send somebody over. Then they said they checked and it drained fine. Which was not the case. They didn’t even clean the gross out of the shower. And the bed was broken. The pool and hot tub have been down for 3 years an employee said. The bar and restaurant were closed down. It was awful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were in bad condition though. First room had a badly leaking toilet. Second room we were moved to had dirty wet towels in the bathroom and next to the fridge. Dirty unswept, and unmopped floor. Fridge was unplugged and scooted away from the wall. Plugged it in and found why there were dirty wet rags everywhere, fridge leaks. Decided to just deal with it. Good staff, dirty facilities and rooms.

Property is falling apart with junk everywhere. Despite the pictures, pool is closed and seems like it has been for some time. Room was dirty, there were leaks in ceiling, stains on the sheets (no blanket or comforter on the bed), and people loitering outside that were high and checking out cars in the lot. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay.

FORT BRAGG LOCATION

Tv's didnt work, beds were hard springs, light in the bathroom didnt work, key cards didnt work, they were painting and had masking tape all over our door to where we couldnt go in, lamps didnt work, ants in the room, broken toilet seat. Overall BAD EXPERIENCE. WOULD NEVER STAY AT MOTEL 6 EVER AGAIN

BEWARE!! Do not stay here!!!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped in. Room had black mold in air vents, gum on the floor, and the walls were dirty and peeling paint. Outside there was nails and pieces of wood and other materials from construction. Immediately turned around and left. This place should be condemned!
