Chairless room w/weird cylindrical dispensers

I’ve stayed in some cheap hotel rooms and I’m pretty forgiving. There was no chair in the room, just a queen size bed. (Maybe that was explained in the small print, but should I have to read the small print?) Need to eat something? Eat it on the bed. Need to put on your shoes? Put them on on the bed. Also, whats with the big, weird cylindrical dispensers in the bathroom that are totally unlabeled? Shampoo? Conditioner? Axe body wash? Veterinary tranquilizer? Minced crustaceans? Alien DNA? I’ll just wash with water this time, thanks.

Inexpensive and pretty quiet. Very basic and quite small. One chair and very small desk. Would be difficult for two to sit down for a meal. Reasonably clean although the sink was covered with pink liquid soap which was kind of a turn off.

Our check-in was exceptional. The gentleman at the counter was great! The hotel is located in a good spot. There is a cafe on site and the food is good. The beds were pretty comfy. I would stay again.

The guy that checked me in took my ID and laughed at my photo. I said.. hey i was big because i was pregnant. He started laughing more and said yeah you look horrible like you dont want to be there. The check out lady was no better, she wasnt even friendly enough to acknowledge that i was a guest. The rooms were outdated. They need paint and furniture, small area rugs might help on the wood floors. Put some care in your hotel. I will never go back.

No heat in bathroom. Chair didnt roll for easy moving. Small room. Not a very inviting smell. Pillows very over used. BUT it was clean, quiet ( considering) so it was adequate for what we needed. If just need a place to sleep for a night. Its ok.
