In a word, disappointing. Lovely location out of town, on the creek/inlet, and the room was fine. I had no problem walking into town, but others might be reluctant to cross the road and walk across the bridge on the sidewalk. A problem was an unfriendly, hardly welcoming staff. Although the office is open at least until 9 pm, the front desk person was on the phone by 5 pm to ask when I was arriving. My answer of 630 pm was seemingly not greeted happily. Checkout time is 11 am, but by 930 am, the housekeeper was glaring at me, presumably because I hadn't left yet. Also, maneuvering the parking was a bit challenging. There was no breakfast on-site, not a stale danish, not hot water for cocoa. But the worst feature was the WiFi. It was somehow rigged to limit guest connections to email; one could not reach a shopping site, a travel site, a bank site, just email. I know the problem was the WiFi, because once I disconnected my phone from WiFi, I could reach any site I wanted. The limited WiFi should be disclosed to prospective guests in advance.
