This hotel was family friendly, good pool & hot tub & breakfast! Great easy location to freeway & 7 min drive to csu campus and old town. And 3 min drive to shopping & quick food. Great place to stay for the price. Big rooms, good AC, and lovely family run hotel! Will be back

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, bed comfy and the breakfast is solid. The staff is super friendly. The hotel isn’t in a very walkable area but it’s conveniently close to both Old Town and the CSU campus. Compared to nearby hotels it’s a steal.

I was concerned at check in since another customer had a plumbing leak and trash and garbage and food in the room from the previous guest. I asked to see the room before check in and the desk charged me on the spot before I even reached the desk. Expedia and even Best Western corporate tried to reason with the staff and they said no. The issue is now with the executive team at Best Western for mediation. The staff was aggressive and I did not feel safe.
