hot breakfast only sausage. orange juice turnig brown. tv not working. one staff working desk. printer not working no receipt available. same staff pushing broom then handling items in breakfast area. other customers waiting around for desk help. stayed 1x before was great and had given recommendatoons to others. but i was left embarrassed and disappointed after taking family there yesterday.

This seems to be recently built and I like the design of it. They have thought of everything. Breakfast was just okay. As usual with Microtel the walls are thin so just turn on your noise machine app!

At checkin, the computer system kept going down, they tried many times to reboot it and finally the transaction went through. Not the clerk’s fault at all. Microtel needs to fix their system. 5 guests could not get checked in and we all had someplace we needed to be. We won’t be staying here next time.
