Bed was very uncomfortable and one of the pillows was dirty.The women who checked me in was so nice and very knowledgeable. The hotel was in a convenient location.

It could have been a little cleaner there were some dead bugs on the floor in the corners. Lots of slamming doors at night.

Our beds had stained sheets on the bed that had not been changed from the last guests. We were able to get a room change and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The new room we got had a dead moth on the floor. Housekeeping needs to improve.

The room was dirty, all around dirty, the floor had dirt all over it, my socks were covered. The bedding was extremely dirty to include hair balls, stains, and fresh dirt on the sheets, almost as if the beds were just remade and left for us to use. I was appalled and shocked, I had to request all new bedding from the front desk and changed the bed myself. The towels smelled and had random stains on them out of 8 towels I was barely able to find 4 for us to use. The general area around the hotel is not favorable and when we were going to check in we were met with a lady on a bike that was unwrapping a drug bindle while straddling her bike. Later that night we found a guy sleeping on the bench outside the hotel and vehicles were left to park in the fire lane as well. In general the entire hotel smelled disgusting and dirty, as well as a marijuana smell throughout. The elevator was especially foul. You ask why we stayed there, we didn’t have a choice, everything was sold out in Fort Collins for Homecoming at CSU. (Which is why we there) The room rate we paid was extreme for the situation, location, and overall deplorable conditions. This is the worst hotel I have stayed since one I stayed at in Anaheim, CA in the mid 90’s. Most of these things can be fixed and avoidable with actual interest in caring about your guests, the property, the hotel is renting. Also, you know you are in a bad area when the front desk closes at 10PM on weekend nights.

Our room was great. Not sure if it is typical, but the cops were there twice during our 1 night stay. I never felt unsafe, but have never had that happen in other hotels I have stayed at.

Very clean hotel and my rooms were clean. Had a plumbing issue in both rooms though. First room the pipes under the bathroom sink leaked. 2nd room a bubble formed in the ceiling from a leak in the upstairs room. Staff was very nice though, beds were ok but I travel a lot so definitely not the worst beds I’ve slept in but not the best either somewhere in the middle. I’m typically looking for affordable, clean, good nights rest. Price was great! It was very clean which is great! Bed was decent. It was homecoming weekend at CSU so the hotel rates were on the high side but this hotel was more affordable. A little further from campus but not crazy far. I would likely stay here again but they definitely need a good plumber to come and check out their pipes. Thank you.

Staff was fantastic, room was clean. Walls were paper thin. Many industrial workers there, very noisy. Seriously was up ALL night with people fighting....and 2 hours of loud loving in the room next door. I wear earplugs too. I would not stay there again.

This building is new. The rooms are very well set up for a long-term stay. The desk is a great size with very convenient outlets. The cubbies and drawers were abundant and easy to use. The halls are kept very clean. My room was clean except for a few spots on the door and floor.
