I had a wonderful stay. Great property, near lots of great restaurants, shopping, and waterways. Breakfast was delicious. I will visit again! Feedback: TV wasn't working when I checked in. Had to request Engineer. AC wasn't cooling to desired temperature. I did not request assistance. Booked rate included breakfast, had to provide proof of purchased package.

The hotel was just OK. The lobby is beautiful. The pool was nice. The rooms were very minimalistic. The beds were very small definitely not a Queen size bed felt more like a full. The walls were very thin and I can hear my neighbors TV blasting. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the temperature regulation was not great. We love the area and was great walking distance to the mall as well as across the street dining options.

Ripped clothing and the management didn't care
everything was perfect until my pullover was torn as a result of it getting snagged on a room number plague. I even had a witness who saw it happen. I replied to an email the manager Mohammed sent and told him about it but he ignored me. Not a good person to be ignore frequent guests like that.
