Very run down property. The furniture in the rooms looked as if it were 30-40 years old. The entire environment did not feel safe. After seeing the room I cancelled my 2 day stay and they charged me for one night, which I will contest with my credit card company!

We got this resort because we had to evacuate because of the hurricane in Fort Myers so we got there at 10pm The bathroom had dirt, mold , it wasn’t like the pictures showed, we immediately complained and the manager said he’d charge that night but give the money back for the other night We didn’t stay , we never got any money back, we even told him to come see the room and the cigarette smell. So disappointed, we did find a hotel on Miami Beach but I’m very upset for the drive , loss of money and stress
