Convenient and friendly service

We stayed five nights while our house was being remodeled. The location is convenient, the service was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

FIX THE DAMN HOT WATER ISSUE...STAYED 6 DAYS WITH NO HOT WATER. I WAS TOLD TO LET IT RUN FOR AROUND 8 MINUTES...RAN IT FOR 10 AND STILL NO HOT WATER. WILL NEVER STAY IN ANOTHER LA QUINTA. THE ONLY THING I LIKE WAS THE GENTLEMEN THAT PICKED UP THE GROUNDS.

Great Place, but don't count on the breakfast

Service at front desk was great, and check it was quick and a breeze. Room was for the most overall really clean. The breakfast was not really that appealing and lacked any real combination of food to eat. We ended up just leaving and going to get food.

Gigi at the front desk was excellent. She was friendly and helped us to book our stay online. I was a bit disappointed that it too so long to get hot water in the sink and for a shower and the proxity of the sink by the entrance meant walking out around the corner during the night.

Hotel from Hell!

The hotel needs a complete renovation. The floors in the common areas were dirty, dusty and in poor condition. My room on the third floor smelled like dog!! The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were like bean bags, and it had the smallest TV I have seen in a long time with very few channels available. The picture kept freezing because of streaming problems I guess. The sofa was uncomfortable and so low to the ground that it was difficult to get up once you sat. I would never stay there again. To boot...before I reserved my room through hotels.com I called and was told I was getting a senior discount, etc. and the price I was quoted for 2 nights was $547!!! What a rip off that would have been. We paid $237.20 through hotels.com and I am so very thankful for that. The breakfast area was not set up well at all. The coffee was not in the dining area...it was in the hallway. I directed several people to the coffee because they were walking around with a cup in their hand looking for it.

Lobby and hallways smelled like marijuanna mixed with a bad air freshener. Elevator was not working much if the time, in fact I got stuck on the 4th floor inside the elevator and had to use the emergency phone for help. Buttons were non responsive, door wouldn’t open and elevator would not move. Room was completely worn out. Bathroom door was damaged from prying at the lock. The whole experience was just disgusting. I will never use or recommend another Windham property again. For what I had to pay, the experience should be much better and cleaner.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location of the hotel was nice. The outside looked nice. When we walked into check-in, the lobby and halls reeked of marijuana. It smelled as if it was being smoked right in the lobby or office. Every day there was an odor of it in the lobby and halls, but not as horrible as the 1st day. It was almost unbearable to breathe. The rooms were dated. The tub area needed some work around the caulking. It did not have a feeling of clean. There were problems with the elevator. My brother-in-law got stuck in the elevator on day 2. On our final night, the elevator was completely out of order and we had to walk up the 4 flights to our rooms. My mother-in-law is 82 and has bad knees and heart and had to climb the stairs. It's understandable that things break, but there were problems with it the previous day and seems that attention was not given to make sure it was in good working condition. In total we had 4 rooms booked among my family. We were all shocked at the lack of quality of the hotel for the price we paid and for it being a Wyndam property. My husband and I travel often, so I have plenty to compare this stay to.

Ok for short stays

Nice location in Coral Springs walking distance to restaurants and shopping. property needs a face lift lobby and hallways. Room was clean and didnt smell, Beds were clean and comfortable.

Hot water took forever. Elevator was broken. Lights had rusty bases. There was only one elevator for staff (housekeeping) and guests. Key cards kept not working. Location was good as you can walk to numerous restaurants.
