Very unsatisfactory stay

Not even sure where to start. The rooms had a horrific smell of mildew. The bathtub was filthy. The Wi-Fi did not work. The staff was too busy playing with her cell phone to help us when we walked in the door so we had to wait for her to get done. The breakfast didn’t start until seven in the morning so we had to leave before that. The overall condition of the hotel was very rundown and dirty and smelly.

Overall the stay was great. Being a retired fire chief I was disappointed to see the AED missing from the cabinet and the bleed stop kit missing from the cabinet showing me that safety is not a priority in this hotel. The hallway carpet was musty smelling and the floors were dirty in my room. Breakfast was about average for hot breakfast that are provided complimentary and the coffee was good. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

NOT AT ALL WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE. It was disgusting omg I hated it there. The bathroom was so dirty as well as the room. Our room service was horrible, sometimes not coming at all to clean the room. Please do not stay here, a waste of money and not worth the price AT ALL. Maybe I'm just being picky but the air there as well was suffacting and hard to breath in, my daughter only wanted to eat outside THATS how much trouble she had there. Youd think she had a breathing problem but no, no asthma, she geniunley did not want to breath there or eat there. The atmosphere was nauesting. Also, as a hotel you would think that there would be outlets there to charge your electronics but no there wasnt. Only the outlets there for the lamp and mini fridge meaning we had to search for those and unplug them leaving us with no light just so our phones and laptops to be charged. Again, PLEASE do not stay here. Horrible place. And not even cheap.
