Propert was responsive to the 2 issues we had , no ac for example which in so Flo is bad, but one min at the front desk and all was fixed.this an older property and could us a bit of sorucing up but rally good thankyou

The hotel was on the dirty side. They offered free breakfast but had no eggs. The elevators were dirty. The matresses in the room were messed up and the furniture in the room was broken. The room smelled weird.

I spent a few minutes here. Checked in late in the night, then went to the room. The room was very musty, smelling dirty as if there was pee all over the carpet. I checked out minutes after checking in. They didn’t allow me to check-out, saying their system doesn’t allow check-out until the following day and only the Manager can issue a refund. I left there without any paperwork to say I didn’t sleep there. I called the following day, they told me that the Manager is only in Monday-Friday. Called on Tuesday they told me they don’t see any note on my reservation about refund. Beware of these hotel. Their behavior and actions are tantamount to scamming. To this day, I have received no call or email apologizing for the inconvenience or bad experience. And apparently I am not getting any refund…

The property is starting to run down, the bathtub was old and looking dirty, plus the anti slip plastic was coming off, the room was clean and good, the outside is dated, the breakfast was good, the staff is ok, might switch to the other La Q on University.

Some of the staff weren't very welcoming and don’t speak after being told good morning, good day. The breakfast area was neat and organized. Rooms can be cleaned more thoroughly as hair was on the shower walls upon arrival. Housekeeping doesn’t come and clean the room during stay just change towels and dump trash.
