I liked nothing except the lady that checked us in. She was very nice and good at her job Problem is the hotel needs to be torn down Likely cheaper than the Reno that is necessary The carpet in the hallway and the smell of the hotel made me want to turn around immediately My booking was non refundable and could not get my money back Place is HORRIBLE!!

Horrible and disgusting

The hotel is disgusting to the point I didn’t stay the days left earlier fo to the bed having a whole in The middle I want my money back They stay gas left me to go to my doctor fo the rash and lower back pain due to whole on the bed and dirty ness of the room mold and humidity on it I want my money back

I brought three guests with me. When we got there, the room temperature was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked, the refrigerator kept our drinks cold, the beds were comfortable and the television had a wide variety of stations including a Florida Panthers game I enjoyed. I took a star of the Staff and Service because later that night, some unruly, unsupervised kids were opening and slamming room doors (including ours) and when I tried to call the front desk to complain, nobody answered the phone. The staff needs to make sure someone is covering the phones at all times in case the guests call with issues with the rooms or others' unruly children.

Staff was extremely nice. Hotel is old and needs some updating. They allow pets and have carpeting which needs replacement. The rooms are clean but did have a few bugs running around.
