I booked a room with a river view but was given a view of the parking lot. I went to the front desk and she told me that’s what I booked. The picture on your sight was a view of the water. The front desk made me pay extra money to change my room to a view of the water. That is what I paid for already. Won’t come here again ever.

As an avid traveler, I greatly value convenience, local insight, and hospitality. This property is ideally situated near excellent dining options and a phenomenal spa, making it a promising choice for both relaxation and exploration. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed by their lack of knowledge about the surrounding area. Upon check-in, I inquired about the restaurant located within the plaza. Not only was the staff member unfamiliar with the name, but he was also unable to recommend a single dining option nearby. While I can understand not recalling the exact name of a specific establishment, being entirely unaware of the local dining scene is, in my opinion, unacceptable—especially in such a well-positioned location. A more informed front desk team would significantly enhance the guest experience, particularly for those of us who enjoy discovering local gems during our stay.

I visited the area as a short trip with my daughter. It was wonderful. Great breakfast options..friendly staff. The surrounding area is scenic great shopping and good restaurants.

Great hotel. Loved the room with the balcony and view was very relaxing convenient and clean. Room service was very attentive and provided us with anything we needed although it was a weekend stay. Would for sure come again. Only thing is to maybe offer some water in the rooms etc.
