The property needs a refresh. The price reflects a much nicer establishment. The hotel is dated, the AC is very old and struggles to dehumidify the room - It was very damp. The key cards never ever worked. They would have to be reprogrammed every time you left the room. There was only 1 working elevator and it was quite slow. The front desk staff was fabulous and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel istelf was clean, it just needs some improvements to meet the price point you are paying.

Its old and need updated, broken light fixtures, slow and noisy flush toilet, one elevator and that one is extremely slow and small, therefore people were waiting in non air conditioned hallways, smelled like marijuana in the exil staircase hence the elevator issue we took the stairs. Air conditioner did not put out continuous cool air, prices are way too high for what the hotel is.

Poor Bathroom Cleaning. No supervisor inspection in housekeeping. Shower curtains had lots of blood stains and dirty. Also, toilet papers rolls was half and never left extras rolls in bathroom. Also, had to elevators and my 6 days stayed the other elevator got broken down never fixed to service. Everyone using one elevator and including the housekeeping staff was using during the day. It was terrible length of time waiting. I will never go back. I won't recommend to nobody.

The hotel was mediocre at best. Overall, the room was just okay. It was not completely clean, quite dusty, and felt worn out, unlike a fresh hotel room. There were rust and old stains all over the bathroom. This low level of quality isn’t what you expect at a Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff was okay. They weren’t very friendly, but at least they maintained professionalism. Check-in was quick and smooth. However, the price we paid for one night didn't seem worth it, especially given the room and property quality. Overall, I felt somewhat disappointed with my stay at a Crowne Plaza.
