This hotel can certainly use a refresh, I have no idea how it has 8+ in the reviews here. The bar is too low, and this is a 6 at best. Old, dirty, out of date, maybe taxes are too high to invest in the property?

Room was clean and spacious. We arrived early for check-in and were able to be accommodated. Minuses: went for breakfast and told the greeter we wanted to order Ala Carte. After we were seated for close to 10 minutes, we were told that only the buffet was available. The food there didn’t look very appetizing. 2. The tv stations listed on the guide on the screen did not match the actual stations when you went to the number give in the listing.

Great location…not far from NYC and many restaurants and shops, including a ShopRite grocery, around within a 25 minute walking distance. Room was comfortable and clean. Gym was good for small workouts and indoor pool was heated to facilitate light swimming. Only one of the two elevators were working during our stay which meant being a little patient to use. We will definitely stay here again once we are visiting the area.
