The room provided to us at check in did not have light or a refrigerator as advertised. Staff unwilling to change room at first stating i could check out and just not be charged. As I was preparing to leave another staff member offered to change my room. It just made it an anxiety producing evening as I was there to rest before running the NYC marathon

This hotel has a great staff. Front desk & housekeeping was kind and courteous. I had back to back meetings on the day I was set to checkout and front desk was gracious enough to honor my request for a delayed checkout. I liked that the hotel was clean and loads of complimentary park. My only negative is that room was outdated.

Worked but not impressed.
It was ok for the time we needed it. I would’ve sworn i thought I booked 2 queen but the beds were full. We managed. Restaurant offered buffet or a la cart. They should just say buffet, a la cart is pointless, we didn’t get everything we ordered and we had to ask for it multiple times. For how expensive it is they should just do free continental breakfast. Also the convenient store was not convenient. It was cash only! Not really impressed. Only great thing was it was right off the highway from the GWB.
