How I was greeted and the attitude of the clerk with me being early.I arrived at 3:00 PM.He told me that the hotel was overbooked. Essentially he said I could wait until the scheduled check-in time but he couldn't guarantee the room I wanted would still be available. This cost me a $60 early check-in fee since I couldn't take a chance to not be in by the appointed time. The rooom was available at that time anyway. The idea was bad enough but his attitude and his non-answer to my question about whether there would be any room available was abominable. Since this was a hotel group that I don't ordinarily use I found this attitude enough to make me not try them again unless desperate
