Overall my stay was good, however, I went down for coffee three times and the coffee was cold that's complimentary in the lobby area. The bathroom walls were dirty. Had dirt all over them. Outside of that everything was great.

Everything was excellent great staff very informative and friendly breakfast was amazing different options everyday. Only one problem with my visit we did not get to use the pool as we think it needs to be renovate as the floor is scratched and has stains of oxidation. Otherwise I will reccommended 100%.

I was really disappointed because the jet pool was very dirty. There was dirt grim on the walls. I didn't realize it when I first came in because I came in took a shower and left. I got back to the hotel and went back to sleep. It was around 8 am that I went to use the jet pool. I didn't call front desk because it was almost time to check out.

All the staff I encountered were extremely pleasant and accommodating, which meant a lot considering I was traveling with my elderly parents. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Being in such close proximity to the mall and eateries was also convenient.

Everything was great minus the pool, it was soaked in chlorine which ruined our bathing suits but you can see all the dirt on the edges of the pool it hasn’t been cleaned in ages! But the rest of the hotel was perfect no issues at all rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was great as well different variety.
