I travel often and only stayed at this hotel bc of the high reviews, which I will never rely on again. The lobby area was pristine and that was where the cleanliness ended. My room was disgustingly old and dirty. It smelled like cats or dogs or both and there was hair everywhere, on the old carpet in the room, in the shower stall and in the bed. I will never stay at a pet friendly hotel if I am not bringing my dogs, which I did not this time. My husband and I left the room for the day and left the bed comforter rolled up in a ball on the sofa and when we returned although the bed had been made the comforter was still on the sofa. To add insult to injury, the bathroom toilet still had tissue in it which we had left upon leaving the room that morning. So we're assuming that although towels were dropped off, our bathroom was not cleaned. I could go on about this filthy hotel but I'm done. My family nor I will ever stay here again.

Formulaic chain hotel with giant TV blaring in the lobby and large breakfast buffet with all factory food. Typical Hampton experience but poured out of a tired and now grim mold. Watery coffee masquerading as gourmet, etc. Staff is always terrific.
