Staff were very kind and accommodating especially when we wanted to leave a day early due to the weather. The room was very clean and although small the pool area was clean. The kids really enjoyed the make your own waffles at breakfast.

***VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER*** the toilet, sink and shower plumbing is connected. When you flush the toilet, if someone is in the shower they will get burned instantly and if you wash your hands right away you’ll also get burned. DO NOT flush the toilet if someone is showering. The pool isn’t heated but still felt good and the pool towels are hand towels not body ones so bring your own. Otherwise the breakfast was good and everyone was very nice.

Great stay! My boys loved how cleaned it was. How great it was to be able to swim in their indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. The ONLY thing (which is kind of a big deal because of the cold weather we’ve been experiencing) I had a complaint about was the AC unit was a bit broken, so the cold hair from outside was seeping through. I didn’t speak with anyone regarding this issue because I didn’t want the hassle of having to move all of our belongings to a different room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay very much.
