This hotel was fantastic!! The employees were SO nice at check in; they were also super knowledgeable! Every time someone would ask them about public transportation, directions, etc, they always knew the answer instantly! The room was great, the bathroom was great, the parking garage was EXTRA great! Breakfast wasn't my favorite, but that's not why I book a hotel. I would live here if I could.

I really liked the ease of parking with the attached garage. The garage also felt safe. There is easy access to floors from the elevator in the garage. The rooms are very nice. Booked a room because it was a 9.0 satisfaction. But they sold that room and “upgraded” us to the Expedia special. Shades didnt close Bathroom door on upside down AC blows full blast and then freezes and make a dripping sound Not a great mattress TV neither faces the bed or the sitting area Worst night sleep in weeks, and this was following a night at Sojo Spa Club.

I enjoyed my stay here! The room size is very spacious. I loved the mini fridge, microwave, and bar area. The bathroom was a nice size and had body lotion and a step in shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. My only complaint was that room 934 could hear everything happening next door so we requested to be moved. The staff was very accommodating and the new room on the 7th floor was much quieter. The complimentary breakfast, coffee 24/7, and infused water did not go unnoticed! Would recommend and would stay again.

I am highly disappointed with my recent stay. The condition of the furniture in the room was extremely poor—completely unacceptable for the price and expectations set. Additionally, the service was equally disappointing. Despite multiple requests, no staff member came to the room for assistance; the standard response was, “We are busy, you have to come downstairs.” Despite being listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, the reality was completely different. The photos shown online are highly misleading. The hotel lacks even basic amenities expected from a 4-star rating. To make matters worse, the manager and even the general manager were rude and dismissive in their tone when approached. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management of the property. I expected at least basic courtesy and decency, which was clearly lacking throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast menu was extremely limited and repetitive. There was no variety, and the quality did not match what was advertised. I strongly advise others not to book this property based on the misleading information and photos online. It was a frustrating experience, especially after a long journey with my family, including a baby. This place offers none of the comfort or hospitality promised.

The property was in a good stop not too far from the malls and piers. It was well kept. I only had a few problems I could count on one hand. The rooms are not efficiently sound proof you could hear the noise from the highway traffic. At night you could hear like water trickling down from the ac unit, the microwave way not in a convenient location, you had to go down to the lobby to warm up anything you needed.
