This was my fist stay with this hotel. My first impression was that the appearance was very nice. It was clean and modern. My room was nice but the matress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The best part of my stay was the shower. Very clean and a very good choice of shower head.

Overall, I’d say this was a pretty decent stay. The biggest con to my experience was the inconvenience that I faced when I was met with concierge telling me that I couldn’t be checked in due to the system being down. I drove over 3 hours away to this hotel and I couldn’t be accommodated at 4pm with a room once I arrived. There was no compensation for that major inconvenience and I would say that is not great customer service. Being stranded in a new area without a place to go is not acceptable. Although the staff were polite and friendly, they could’ve at least knocked off something for the multiple hours that I had to wait to check in.
