The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the actual hotel room had an odor and my comforter had stains on them. Also the gentleman staff who was also a pool attendant was very rude and cut the lights off at the pool on children when it wasn’t actually time to close. The same gentleman brought towels to our room for service and shoved them when giving them to my sister. The manager i suppose at checkout was friendly. Also only one elevator worked my entire stay which had countless amount of guest waiting.

Birthday overnight stay

I stayed here one night for my Birthday with my family. We enjoyed ourselves. The decor in the rooms were a little outdated.One of the lights on the nightstand was broken. I informed the front desk and was told someone would come and fix it. That person never came. Other than that; the staff are friendly, there was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby, the morning breakfast buffet offered so many food options and it tasted good. The pool was clean(just wished the water was warmer).And transportation to the city was one block away. Overall, my family and I loved our stayed and we will definitely return to this hotel.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. Valet service was helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was heated but felt chilly due to the AC being on. Otherwise no complaints.
