Overall my stay was ok! My husband and I gave up our house, so our kids could throw a party. So, we looked for a place close by. Hotel lobby appearance is nice. However, the room smelled old and stuffy.” For a quick getaway, the hotel was average.

Very clean and the lobby was beautiful! Please keep up the good work! The rooms and lobby smelled really fresh as well, you can tell they maintain the upkeep of the hotel.

The halls and property small and looked clean but they ran out of fresh wash clothes and towels because the washer was broken. House keeping was lazy our room didn't look clean and the bathroom floor was dirty. I was not satisfied.

The front desk staff were excellent! Felix, Stephanie, and Dante were all friendly and extremely accommodating and cheerful! The hotel accommodations were good enough for the one night stay. And the bus from the hotel to the city was the best way to get in and out of NY.
