The staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly, professional, and care about the experience of each guest. I had one issue with my room, the heat had some issues, but after notifying staff, they fixed it right away! Overall great stay.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. French toast, omelets, and pancakes were not included in the buffet. They could be ordered separately. (Ex: French toast was $12.) One thing we were very disappointed with was that the hot tub was out of order and has been out of order since last year. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website.

I found the front desk attendant rude. If you were feeling unwell in your car, you might end up waiting forever for someone to answer the phone at the front desk. I do not recommend it.

The room was wonderful. The hotel workers were completely kind and helpful for ecery question and every request. Mr. Felix was helpful during check in and all the ins and outs of questions had by a first time stay at the location traveling all the way from the midwest. All the common areas were decorated nicely and kept clean. The pool was fun and the fitness room in tact. Breakfast had a wide variety. Really, it was such a wonderful experience; I can see coming again the next time I visit.

When we arrived , the room smelled like cigarettes smoke in a non- smoking room. It was horrible. The bathroom had a sewage odor. The hotel was at its capacity so there were no rooms to change to that evening. There was no hot water in the shower the next morning. The heat was not working well, so it was cold. We had the worse night stay at the Hilton.
