Knowing that the price of eggs has skyrocketed, it is understandable that the breakfast buffet would use an egg alternative. Unfortunately, the egg substitute was horrible. It would have been better, in my opinion, to serve pancakes, or hash browns, or anything other than the dried, powdered egg version.
