Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good but we had to eat in our room but that was understandable as there was a large group linemen there preparing for the Noreaster that was happening. Glad they had a nice hotel to use as a homebase.

This is an older facility, but they make a great effort to make it a comfortable stay. It is kept very clean in all areas thanks to a dedicated staff. The front desk people were courteous, the room was cleaned and fixed up daily, the breakfast was pretty good and in a nice area. We felt it was a convenient location, although the traffic on Rt.17 is difficult. We would recommend it at being good and at a fair price.

The room was nice and decent size but there seemed to be a depression or dead spot in the floor at the end of the bed. It made a sound when I stepped there and I was a bit worried about possible collapse. The blackout curtains were excellent in keeping light out of the room and the lighting was done really well. I loved the penlights under the lamps on either side of the bed. The bath was spacious with ample towels and the soap was changed daily. Fine work by the cleaning staff. The hotel itself seemed in need of a bit of renovation in the hallways. There was ample parking but some spaces on the front side were not accessible at check in due for longer vehicles due to the pileup of snow. A bit more removal could have been done in that area. There wasn't any problem with noise and I was able to sleep well. The bed had four pillows which I really appreciated as I tend to use a lot of them when sleeping. The staff did a very nice job during check-in and departure.

The staff was courteous. The room was handicap accessible with a large bathroom. Everything is very dated and could use updates. The bed was King size with only a queen size sag in the middle. The room was clean. The coffee maker didnt work but was promptly fixed by maintenance. Non smoking but smelled like smoke in the hallway. I mught stay here again. Maybe? Breakfast......Dont bother.
