The heater was louder than a lawn mower. The two choices were sleep in a loud room or freeze. It’s just an old run down hotel but the sheets were clean at least. You get what you pay for.

My husband were visiting for Thanksgiving which was cold and rainy. when i went in to check in this man name Roger which i don think was his real name he was extremely nasty. Thank God for Martina the manger of House keeping had to apologize for him. I really think she should be the manger. she has excellent customer service skills. if it wasn't for her we would have left. The man name roger need much more training.
