Lady at the front desk was soft spoken. The location seemed to be safe and there's free garage parking available to the hotel customers. However, I was checked into 1 queen bedroom even though I reserved 2 queen bedroom. Since we are a family of 4, we had to somehow manage.

Room was spacious, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Car parking is most of the time full. 1 little problem. Housekeeping didnt do our room for one day and when i reported it to reception , she mentioned she doesn't know because it wasnt her morning shift and she can send us towels but never did.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, and the direct bus service to Times Square was a fantastic perk. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—there was such a great variety to choose from. Plus, having parking included was a major advantage since we needed our car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning!

It was a good stay, we did get 2 rooms, but, weren’t on the same floor and we didn’t have sheets for the pull out, we did call the front desk and they never brought them, but, it was convenient for our trip

Very nice workers. Didn’t love the valet service though. Felt that the valet should be wearing a uniform at all times, makes the person staying at the hotel feel more safe.
