I had a an issue with no hot water on my first morning their boiler broke, but they kept insisting it was the town‘s problem. I asked the manager how Hyatt will compensate me for having to take a cold shower she took my room number did nothing left another message at checkout five days later she did nothing

I expected the room to be so much cleaner. The bedding was dirty. The room smelled. And the carpet was nasty. Staff was nice. Don’t get the salad that they sell at the bar, it comes with no chicken and no dressing. Oh and no croutons. The breakfast eggs were also nasty.

The first morning we were there I had an appointment and wanted to shower before I went , there was only cold water I had to take a cold shower. When I asked the front desk the young man had no idea what he was talking about. He said we are calling the town. Next day when I saw the mgr I asked how Hyatt would compensate me for the inconvenience she asked my room number, I told her, nothing was done. My stay there was 5 days plenty of time to try and make a guest happy. I left another message at the front desk when I checked out they said she would call . She never called . This mgr obviously doesn’t want a repeat guest. I have stayed there 3 times previously. Not anymore

The staff is really nice and pleasant but the room was dirty. It was hair in the bathtub and the sheets on the bed was DIRTY. I would NEVER and I mean NEVER stay at a HYATT HOTEL AGAIN IN MY LIFE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED AND REMODELED ASAP. Don’t allow the pictures to fool you. This place is old and ran down.
