I paid for adjoining rooms, each room had 2 queen size beds. Unfortunately the doors between the rooms were padlocked and I had no way of checking on my teenage granddaughters unless I left my room to go into their room. I called and asked the front desk staff if he had a key for the padlocks. He stated that "something" happened at the hotel so they no longer offer adjoining room services. They should remove that option from their website.

Breakfast was horrible, the literally just warm up the coffee in the microwave. Not a fan of cleaning staff opening our door when we didn’t “answer fast enough” and then told us to put the do not disturb sign on the handle but they always fall off when you’re opening the door. Second floor where you go to get breakfast always smells moldy. Didn’t get new toilet paper so we ran out. Sheets smelled heavily of chlorine which made our heads hurt.

Don’t believe the pictures up on the Expedia site about this property. Rooms were outdated and not the cleanest. We had an issue with a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The only assistance we received was to be moved to another room. No other communication after that. The gym area had broken equipment in it and the one piece that did work was barely functioning.

Never stayed at the property. My wife and I were scheduled to arrive there Saturday Oct. 20th. My daughter in law with her 2 adult children arrived there Friday night. The room they were offered was terrible dirty and full of mould. They were shown 3 other rooms which were unexceptionable They requested a credit for themselves and for us. They went to another hotel. We stayed elsewhere on Saturday night.
