It’s very nice good spacious room very close to everything only thing the room is grand I love the little bed next to the king size bed and my view But the toilet is a little out dated not the hotel just my preference everything new and great aesthetic should have a new toilet as well And Wi-Fi there is no Wi-Fi unless your a Marriott member which if you stay at Marriotts through out the year great but myself that only stays onde in a blue doesn’t really interest me

My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary/Valentines day at the Marriott in Saddle Brook and had the worst hotel experience we could’ve possibly had. First when we arrived we stood in line for over 20 mins waiting to be greeted after saying excuse me multiple times the lady at the front sat on her phone ignoring us..The management was so disgusting towards us for no reason and when we POLITELY asked her why she switched our room she responded “because I can” after we requested a room on a higher floor prior to check in and the request was GRANTED. We just wanted some answers. After asking another lady at the front desk apologized so kindly by the rude lady sitting texted to her told us to leave if we didn’t like it so we walked away and tried to continue enjoying our night. Mind you the gentleman in front of us requested a room on the top floor and they granted his request. We felt really uncomfortable by the way we were treated. We will probably never come back to the Marriott. Ever especially here….
