Look elsewhere.
They need to offer an option without the breakfast. The breakfast was cold eggs and bacon. The coffee was lukewarm and the waffle machine didn't work. So either offer no breakfast or try a little harder.

Clean and comfortable
The room was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well. Mattress was good. Only thing “wrong” was that the toilet had “weak” flushing? Only a bit of paper in it and had to flush more than once sometimes.

The check in and check out are really good. The room is clean but the stairs and the dining room for breakfast is a mess. There are dry mud on the floors on both area, run out of utensils for the guests to use although the guy working tried his best to keep up. Needs attention on the spaces that are hardly seen. I use the stairs more when staying in hotels and you can see the trail of mud going to hallways , stairs and floors. A little follow up on those things willbe good. Overall it's ok but for the price I paid it's not the best
