THE MAIN BUILDING WHERE ARRIVALS CHECK IN & HAVE PARKING IS FINE.THE 2ND FLOOR HOUSES CHECK IN & A WORK OUT AREA IE: A GYM, ALSO A GIFT SHOP WALK OUTSIDE TO THELARGE OPEN AREA IS OUTDOOR DINING AREA & A NICE TIKI BAR WITH LIVE MUSIC. ALSO NEXT TO THE TIKI BAR IS A LARGE AREA FOR THOSE THAT ENJOY PLAYING CORN HOLE., WHAT ISN'T THERE IS A SWIMMING POOL OR ANY HOT TUBS. TO GET TO THE ENORMOUS POOL YOU MUST WALK UP A FLIGHT OF STEPS ( OR A RAMP WALKWAY, THEN USE THE ELEVATEDOVERPASS TO CROSS OVER ESTERO BLVD TO GET TO THE POOL WHICH IS VERY LARGE. ( DO MOT TRY TO BRING ANY BEVERAGES OR FOOD TO THE POOL AREA, THEY WANT YOU TO SPEND BIG $ TO PURCHASE THEIR FOOD & BEVERAGE OF CHOICE.. FOR SENIORS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC RESORT AS IT REQUIRES MUCH WALKING. NOW THE POSITIVE NEWS AS WE SAW IT. THE GROUNDS ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF, THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS ON SITE ARE VERY CLEAN & THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY.

We had a nice time. We were disappointed that the pool (Fin’s Up Beach Club) closed by dusk (8:00pm) and that automatic 20% on your check. The food & drink options were pretty good, but felt everything was a bit overpriced. The entertainment was okay. Staying on Margaritaville, we expected more Jimmy Buffett music.

God Bless Margaritaville!

We loved the resort. Sad to see what happened to Fort Meyers Beach but I think your resort alone will save the entire beach... eliminate or less of the loud weekend DJ or at least have them mix in some jimmy buffet type music. We brought our 15 year old daughter and even she thought it was loud and a bit crazy but liked it nonetheless. It just doesn't make for a relaxed laid back Jimmy Buffet vibe... All food and drinks were fantastic! Loved our room too.
