Nice property - staff helpful but open to public - if you are paying these rates I would think it would be resort guests only . Only valet parking available at extra cost and food options are pricey for the quality and few options. Beautiful property and great location for beach .

Pros: staff was super!!! Janie at the pool/beach took great care of us!! Super fun atmosphere. Your Bartenders rock! Cons: need to ask for daily maid service; but we didnt ask so i cant even say anything negative. Just make sure you ask. We are already planning a re do vacation for next Spring Training! Just going to stay longer!!!

For a gigantic property only on one site coffee shop. Convenience store lacking, limited items. No good mechanism to obtain pool chair. Adequate servings but unmotivated, slow and food quality on lower end. Be prepared to hear same music over and over . Pricey

Rude employee and loud door slamming

The girl who handled our check-in was rude and not helpful at explaining the property. We were placed in a room next to a door that connected the lobby to the guest rooms. This was an extremely busy area and you could hear the door slam in our room. Just mentioning that for anyone else that may end up in room 256.

Beautiful place but had an issue with no cash allowed at bar or restaurants. I was double charged on my AMEX 3 times at the bar during my stay and bartender said they couldn’t adjust it so I put a hold on them with AMEX. Cannot have a thermal cup at the pool. They take it and put in storage area. Service at the pool bar was not good.

We especially appreciated that the property had so much variety and amazing, friendly Staff who went out of their way to ensure we had fun. We didn't need to leave the property as it had everything there. We did not like the construction around the property nor the devastation from the storms that made Ft Myers Beach look worn down but absolutely loved Margaritaville itseld.
