The suites were quite spacious, and had everything I needed. The day and evening staff people were friendly and helpful. I got a good rate. Location is convenient. I plan to stay there again next year.

We stayed 5 days no one ever cleaned our room! Never!!! no maid service NONE! We even requested and asked why and we were told by the manager 3 times we would have a maid we never did the floors in hotel room were dirty we had to take our own dirty towels downstairs to get new ones and also had to wait for them to be washed and dried to be picked up hours later There was coffee creamer set up but no coffee There was strong paint odors. So the good points were they had an equipped kitchen and refrigerator Nice size rooms the couch cushions need replaced they are very worn and dirty but they had a tv in the living room and bedroom The staff was nice and out stay overall was fair to good I am just very glad I received my Expedia discount or the rating would be a 4

Not all the rooms are the same

The first night we got there late and they gave us an outdated uncomfortable room. After meeting with the manager we were upgraded our second night to a much more comfortable and updated room. I recommend calling them after you book a room to request a new updated room before you stay.

What you pay is what you get

If you're looking for cheap, this is it. We paid $80 per night in Florida blocks from the beach in high season (mid-January). We found the staff pleasant and helpful. But if you're looking for modernity, ultra-cleanliness, free breakfast, plush towels, etc., get out your wallet and keep looking. For us, the Allure is now part off our vacation lore.

A bit of an older hotel, but- very reasonably priced especially for a place with a pool and a hot tub. Housekeeping is minimal, but i actually prefer that when I'm on vacation. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The room was very spacious, had a mid size fridge, kitchen, sofa sleeper and bedroom with a door. For value, you won't beat it!

Avoid this place

This place was disgusting. Rust on the fridge, couch and chair were dirty, bed skirts were dirty, what looked like mold on the walls. We were in the room for 10 minutes and then couldn’t stand it any longer. We left and got a room somewhere else. It did not look like the pictures at all.
