Being greeted by a face on a computer screen was a bit awkward, and seeing no staff in lobby was strange, but the room was clean and quiet. The area around the inn is a bit dicey, but no one bothered us. Website should include details of no personal interaction, and state that breakfast is Continental.

Scam on deposit

I didn’t receive my deposit back and when I called my bank they said the deposit was taken back so I called the hotel and they told me that the deposit was refunded but my bank statement says that they refunded then turned around and took it back!

The only thing I didn't care for was that we couldn't get the TV to work. You have to log in to Amazon using their Firestick, and we were unable to get it to work. No TV during NCAA March Madness was not good. Facility was satisfactory. Clean room, convenient parking, easy access, quick check-in, which is automated.

A check in kiosk? Totally unacceptable.

There was no real person at the front desk, ever. Breakfast was exteremely disappointing. Only high carb processed foods. Tables were very crowded, no room to walk between. Housekeeping services were very good.

There were people sitting out in the parking lot in camping chairs smoking weed. The room was very old and run down. I hated the kiosk check In with no person at the front desk. It worked fine but nobody to ask about local Restaurants, bars. A big big up truck parked across from up (we were on the first floor) with his lights shinning in our window really late into the night. The 16 year old son was sitting in the truck and dad was in the room and the 16 y o kid said he didn’t know how to turn them off. Couldn’t get the TV to come on had to grab onenofvthebhouse keepers

You Get What You Oay For

The kiosk for check in is ridiculous. The front desk lady was able to check in 3 guests before the guy on the kiosk could check in one guest. Hotel is generally run down. You get what you pay for. I will say the bed was very comfortable.

Check-in was done via a person in a kiosk. I have never been at a hotel in 40 years of travel as an adult where a human wasn't at the front desk. We wanted to get some extra towels after check-in but we didn't want to go back and hope the kiosk was working. Our TV wouldn't allow us to get any channels. It looked like I had to use my personal TV streaming like Netflix but I couldn't even get that option to work. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
