I do not understand the 3-star rating or 211 positive reviews. Expedia went above & beyond to help me cancel my reservation, after the on-site manager was unhelpful. After Comfort Inn & Suites knew I had attempted to cancel, they still called me at 2am, which felt retaliatory. They also charged me anyways.
