I f tiedind it hard to understand how a hotel would leave a working thermostat in a guest room that isn't connected to the rooms actual AC unit. Too tired and late to call for a different room I suffered a poor night's sleep.

The airport shuttle is not exactly what they portray. It isn’t in an exact schedule. It doesn’t even go to the airport hourly. Staff wasn’t super friendly. There was no information given on check in about the hotel like where the pool is or fitness center.

The people were great, but the property has gone downhill since I first started staying there many years ago. In fact, in our room the bathroom door did not completely close and the remedy was to add a rod closure that reached to where it was needed. Unfortunately, this made the door very easy to unlock from outside in the room.

Our tv didn’t work correctly during our stay. An engineer attempted to repair but it was not. After 2 nights, They offered to move us to another room. Why not just move a working tv to our room? We were leaving the next morning anyway.
