The only problem I had was very little water pressure in the shower and the hot water didn’t last long in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink immediately after my shower

Stayed one night, check in was on a video screen with a person who was located elsewhere. We saw no staff members our entire stay. Shower had two non labeled dispensers, shampoo? Body wash? Conditioner? Both had apparently the same liquid in them but no way to tell what it was. Room was clean and location near airport was convenient.

Check in was done remotely, i.e., there was no one at the front desk. Instead there was a screen a with a clerk and a slot for my credit card. This made check in cold and unfriendly. Also, if I needed assistance during my stay it did not seem like there was a human being on the premises to render aid.

Well 1st impression I hated checking in on a computer. Not very personable. Also you practically have to beg for a pool towel. There was a pool that was in pretty good shape. The best part of the hotel was the women downstairs helping with the breakfast. She was great!!!

We checked it late and it was easy. Had problem with rental car @ airport , then saw enterprise was next door. Uber is fine to JetBlue park( go red Sox’s ) also if Cracker Barrel your thing walking distance. Pool Area was nice to relax @ hotel.
