1- No debit cards permitted for payment. 2. Check in was friendly, no issues.3- the rules prohibit outside food brought to pool are with fees for non compliance. 4- Tikihut bar is cool, has good live music at night.

Dolphin Key Resort
Dolphin Key Resort is Old Florida. Meghan was very accommodating. We were on the first floor and the rooms had a musty smell. Florida just recovered from hurricanes Helene and Milton so we are sure that was the issue from water damage but other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a nice pool. The fun Tiki bar has entertainment and a nice menu. We had yummy pancakes. Happy to recommend!

We are here now and then when we party at the Tiki! This last one was for the Halloween Trolley event and Bad Latitude playing. Great time. Room is nice. Cool, dark, clean, comfortable. We’ll be back again.

The room was clean, and overlooked the pool. The manager was extremely friendly, and made us feel welcome. Our only complaint was that The Tiki Hut, which is on the other side of the pool, allowed smoking. Which could be a plus if you smoke, but for us, meant we couldn’t eat there comfortably. We just went elsewhere for dinner.
