It's been a long time since I stayed at an Embassy Suite. Just didn't seem on par from what I remember. Housekeeping staff was pleasant and friendly. Same with staff at the restaurant. Nice added feature which I wish I had time for was the in house comedy club. . The front deck fell short of my expectations. Had to wait a long time to be greeted. Even after a maintenance (non front office staff) worker went looking. The first morning woke to no hot water and therefore no showers for anyone in the hotel. I am guessing it failed over the weekend and Monday when I was there no hot water. By mid morning it was repaired.

I am a Gold member and got your property at 12:40 pm and wanted to check in if my room was ready. The desk attendant stated that if checkin is before 1pm, it would cost $25. So I unloaded luggage until 1pm. Then we got into our room 224 and I checked out tv as the Super Bowl was that night. Glad I did since the remote did not work. Next morning, no hot water for a shower. Totally a memorable stay!!!

Nothing big. Room coffee pot was missing filter basket. Reported to front desk. Not fixed. reported again to front desk. Next day we left the empty tissue box with a large note about the missing basket. It was then replaced but the empty tissue box was not. Also the bar sink was not cleaned the entire stay.

Beautiful hotel!

Beautiful hotel! The lobby, breakfast, and evening reception area is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from! The Queen suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Estero area is a great location!
