This hotel exceeded my expectations, completely. It's centrally located and its surrounded by all of my fave stores/restaurants. The hotel itself is new and modern. Very clean and updated. The front desk clerk, I forgot his name but was very helpful. I cannot wait to stay here again.

I would've given the Fairfield, Cape Coral FL all 5stars except for 2 things...our room was not very clean when we arrived (floor was dirty), and it never got cleaned the 4 days we were there, and hotel room walls are too thin - TV's and people walking over our heads kept me awake most of the night. That said, the hotel is well decorated with pleasing spaces, and the best free breakfast ever! Our room was spacious and attractive. Had it been quiet and clean, we would've been very happy there but not sure we'll come back.
