The property was very dirty and not very well maintained. We had an issue with a noisy elevator. They did not address it. They basically ignored my complaint. I then called after we left to talk to a manager and four days later no manager has returned my call

The shower doors and enclosure were broken and there was considerable rust around the door to the bathroom. Surely could not have been missed by staff charged with cleaning the room. Hilton isn't Hilton anymore.
