Overall, it was an average stay. However, there was only one elevator working, which was quite slow. What topped that off was the morning we checked out. We were waiting to get on the elevator, and one of the housekeeping staff seemed to be cleaning her cart, and putting things where they belong. We were holding multiple bags and been the first to push the elevator button. Finally, the elevator comes to our floor, she proceeded to get on and as we started to go in, she put her hand up and said, “I’m going to the next floor”, preventing us from getting on.. Yes, there was enough room, and we found it SO disrespectful that she watched us holding all of our items and “cut us”. There staff clearly need to be taught kindness and courtesy, as she must’ve forgot she works somewhere where customers should be given that.

The property was OK, not the greatest but not terrible. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean however, it is pretty outdated. The furnishings, flooring, paint, linens, etc. are all aging. The hallway carpets and conditions of the elevator cabs are really bad and could do with a heavy cleaning. Hyatt needs to invest in updating this hotel, especially if they are going to continue charging the same prices as similar and more modern hotels in the area.

Our first night the a/c was broken so everyone woke up hot an nauseous. When I told the woman at the front desk she said that the maintenance guy came in at 9 and she would send him to the room. I asked if we could change rooms but she wanted us to wait. There was also no cleaning products in our shower pumps and pizza on the floor by our elevator. She didn’t write anything down, nor did she apologize or seem to care. I called that afternoon to check on the room, and the person I spoke to at that time knew nothing about my concerns, and the maintenance guy had to been notified! When we arrived that night, the man we spoke to at the desk was helpful and polite- he switched our rooms and apologized.
