Could be better

To start the hotel could user some upgrades paint. Bigger tv in the room better breakfast choices. The staff were nice. The checking guy gave us a room that was not clean the prior guess tip was even in the room. The pool hours closed at 8 pm.

Great value for the money, 10-15 minutes from the beach area. Price was a great value less than 1/2 of the resort type places. Great large pool too.

Location, very clean and wonderful breakfast. One disappointment I ask about laundry and lady at the front desk said "on the third floor." I received no layout of the property, so I couldn't find the laundry, ask a housekeeper and she showed me location. Then after I finally entered I fou d out I had to buy laundry soap in the office, another trip

Staff is great, pool looked incredible, but didn't allow time to indulge. Rooms are a little long in the tooth, carpeting a bit beat, beds were comfortable, I'd give them a 6-7. A little pricier but we wanted Sanibel gateway. 2nd time there, will continue to utilize.

Breakfast was great and the pool was amazing - the closing time being so early was a bit disappointing though and the sliding doors to the bathroom were a bit strange but overall a good stay and would stay there again on any future trips
