This hotel should be transparent about all the things they did not have. They should have waited to open if they could not adjust the room rate to what they had to offer. Heater pool has not been open since Hurricane Ian, restaurants and bars are not open. The walls are paper thin and we had a couple arguing and crying next door. Asked to be moved if the people weren’t checking out and I never got a call back. Short staffed. Parking lot gentleman was amazing. Great view. I paid 45/each person just to enjoy the pool at Margaritaville Hotel which is next door with the same price. Disappointed all around. I have empathy for the set backs that were caused by Mother Nature, but to cover things up and have signage all over about things that aren’t even open and won’t be for months is ridiculous.

Only problem was that the hot water took roughly a half hour to heat up & then it wasn’t really hot. Also the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and the ledge from shower to floor too shallow. It was impossible to not have the bathroom floor soaked after a shower. The new floors will be ruined soon unfortunately. No shelf or place for soap or shampoo & no grab bar for us seniors. The nice TV should be over the dresser area not in front of the bed. Also no table to eat at. But we really did love the room and location!

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Great walking beach! Some bars/restaurants were still closed but those that were open were great! Pool was still closed but the beach more than made up for that.

Stayed only one night. No hot water in the evening nor in the morning. Checked out and notified front desk. They said they would take care of it but didn't offer any discount. I was okay with that. They then tried to call and get another $20 for parking after I checked out.

it was not clear why music in the bar has to play rap until midnight even after it was empty after 10pm. I’d recommend less f-ing and more romance style. also cold and hot water were plumbed incorrectly causing unusual refreshing shower experience. the place is under construction but nothing can beat FMB beach and sunsets even tiny bitty gnats

This property is a party hotel - not our vibe. Newly remodeled and reopened recently (the plastic was still on the lampshades in our room). LOVED the beach view, but not pleasant to sit on the balcony due to either sand tractors at 7am or loud music til 5p, and later on Fri and Sat. That was not our scene when we were in college, and certainly isn’t now. The room was nice, but lack of hot water was supremely disappointing. When we inquired, we were told to “let the water run for 20 minutes”. Seriously? What a waste. We wanted to watch football on Christmas day on Netflix, which we were assured they had. Nope. A call to the front desk did no good. We were happy to not be in the room much, but so s disappointed to not be able to enjoy the balcony as much. Note to selves: won’t stay here again.
