Nice property paper thin walls, can hear people at a normal talk through the walls & everything else they are doing as well. Staff is friendly & accommodating, weak expensive drinks, not a very big restaurant menu to choose from breakfast or dinner, just your typical basic items. Pool is small, beach is large lol, you have to pay for daily parking $20 per day, you have to pay for beach lounges, umbrella & table $10 each every day if you want to use them. Bring lots of money for the extras

This place was really cute and offered a wonderful beach view from the balcony. The staff here were super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean . The beds were pretty firm but we agreed that the view made up for the beds .

Clean rooms, great beach, a few kinks to work out

We wanted a location that was on the beach, where we could relax and enjoy the breeze and the sun. Lani Kai fulfilled that, for sure, but there were a few things that were a bit of an annoyance. The beach towels: you would think those things were made of gold. You literally had to bring your dirty towels to the girls at the front desk in order to get replacements; housekeeping would not replace these. The service in the cafe for breakfast: the staff was pulling double duty in the restaurant and the cafe. They ran out of several items during our 5-day stay, and on days 4&5, we waited upwards of 10 minutes just to even be acknowledged. Something definitely seemed off, there. The staff were VERY nice, and did apologize, so you could tell it was not their fault. Frankly, I don't think anyone told them they had to cover the cafe as well. One night, we were unable to eat in the restaurant due to a wedding that was held at the hotel. Normally, this would have been held on the rooftop (I think), thereby not disrupting the regular restaurant. The problem with that is not everyone rents a car, so we were stuck walking down the street to another hotel so we could simply eat dinner. That was a little disappointing since our original intention was to not have to deal with anything beyond the limits of the hotel and beach. Overall, they have done a remarkable job of rebuilding after the devastation of the hurricanes. Rooms were clean and remodeled and very comfortable. Balcony was epic.

The room had plenty of space and had a dehumidifier. We travel quite a bit and have never had one, it was great for FL weather! The closet was weird, and the safe was broken, but definitely not a deal breaker. We went on Memorial weekend so it was really busy. Anyone can access the beach through the hotel which was a little odd to me, they weren't exactly the best of crowds. Graces Cafe was amazing! It was the best restaurant we ate at and was in the hotel. The prices were great too! My son loved the pool too. Although I wasn't a fan of Fort Myers beach I would stay at this hotel anytime.

This place is fantastic and full of life! Wake up to the waves in your Gulf-front room and relax and walk on the beach. The outdoor evening music was great. Tons of restaurants within walking and/or a short drive. We will be back. #FMBSTRONG

The majority of the staff was excellent. It was a classic beach resort and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself has some ongoing repairs and the area is obviously recovering from hurricane Ian but I would absolutely go again.

Good prices and food and great services. will recommend to Friends and Family replace the cube potatoes for breakfast , they are not good. also 2 employees at front desk require new pleasant customer service personalities. they have and will continue to subtly annoy your customers and are not conscious of it. cannot wait to book my next visit thank you
