Very clean and comfortable room

Very clean; rooms designed very well for a longer stay. Was easy to use the kitchen and set up to work from hotel. Hotel staff very engaged and attentive. A lot of food options for breakfast (small thing-multigrain bread would be amazing). Only request is to add a recycling bin in the guest trash room.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Had a small issue with the stool handle in bathroom and the maintenance person was in the elevator with me. He came to the room and fixed the issue in 2 minutes! Breakfast was good, our floor was quiet, the MainStay rooms are LARGE. Perfect spot if you are playing in Roy Hobbs Baseball Tournaments. Very close to Terry Park and PDC ballfields:)

It was central to many attractions with easy access to the highway. The self serve breakfast provided many options and was very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The only negative is that there was only one role of toilet paper for four guests and we had to ask several times to get more. Overall, however, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Not what I booked

I booked a 2 queen room months before my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, they put us in a 1 king bed room. This meant I had to sleep on the couch while on vacation. When I spoke to the front desk they told me too bad to sad. They were sold out for the night. When I reached out to hotels.com they wanted to give me a $25 credit. What a joke!
