We had a blast at the hotel and tiki bar! Walking distance to everything. Hotel room was very clean and loved the terrace and little kitchenette. Was it the Taj Mahal no but we weren’t there to be impressed. We were there to party. The drinks and food at the tiki bar were excellent. Everyone is there to have a good time and yes they party hardy! We loved taking the golf cart shuttles and I especially loved the bloody Mary’s the next morning. The beach is right across the street. Yes there is tons of construction but I am glad to see them rebuilding. I can’t wait to go back! I felt safe at night and all area bars are open. The Yucatan restaurant has hands down the best food for nice dining. Also owned by the same. I would stay again and recommend it for a great time!

everything was very good, The downfall of this hotel is they let others that are not staying there use the pool so if you're staying there you may not get a chair because others that just walk in are using them

It was good but when u ask for a king bed from the get go on your reservation and they give u two queens saying that was a upgrade , great party place close to beach drinks are good and food be ready to party on Friday Saturday nights are hoping

This is a very nice hotel. Only troubles we had were the water pressure during a shower and no elevator. It was clean and we could walk to many restaurants/bars/entertainment.

The room was very spacious and clean. Nice balconies on the front and back. Pool was nice but small. Food was good and decent prices. Really enjoyed the music during the afternoon and evening. Music was pretty loud in our room but ended at 10:30- 11:00 pm. No elevator. A lot of stairs.

Our room was right next to a new resort that they are rebuilding which had construction workers using chainsaws as early as 7:45 AM. That kind of stunk. Couldn’t sleep after that. This is all because of the hurricane. Overall the resort was a lot of fun and great location to all the restaurants and bars in the area

Our 3 day stay at the Lighthouse was for the most part enjoyable. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Special kudos to Don the parking attendant who always was able to find us a parking spot with all the construction vehicles taking up many spaces. Understandably, with the hurricane damage, management is doing there best to repair the damage incurred. One bad note was the tiki bar. There is no waitress service. You must order at the bar and the cocktails taste like the liquor is watered down. Not worth the money they charge. Rooms could use to be updated and checked for working lights. Our room had many light bulbs that did not work. We will visit again when all repairs are complete to the resort.

I stayed a couple of nights at Lighthouse in January for a work trip. I've stayed in most of the hotels and vacation rentals nearby this property since the hurricane over the past couple of years. The price I paid for my room and the convenience to our office along with the Tiki Bar downstairs made this a bargain for me. Very happy with an easy check in process and I found a parking spot right away very close to the stairs. I had a Junior suite booked and I think that I got a better room b/c my room had 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. It was very clean and very comfortable. For the price I paid I could not have found similar at another location. There is not an elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for me at all and I enjoyed the views from the higher floor. Great shared outdoor area with tables and chairs. I did not have any issues with sound from inside my room except for one night b/c there were people hanging out outside my room on the shared outdoor area until about 2:30am. Other than that no issues at all. I loved having the Tiki Bar downstairs to grab a quick lunch, dinner or drinks. Overall I was very happy with my stay. The ladies at the front office were awesome each time I went in. Very happy.

We loved our stay at the Lighthouse Hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around & getting to the beach. There is still construction going on, but they were always very upfront with us about that so we didn’t mind at all!

The location was great. The cottage was very cute and updated. Even with all of the construction going on, it was still quiet/peaceful in the evenings/mornings on the back deck. It had an odor of oil and we had to keep a window cracked at night to sleep.

Heavy construction occurring with no guest noise reduction planning. Hot water didn't work in the morning and the front desk didn't care at all. Bartenders are mostly rude. The room smell was very heavy and with the window open for 2 days it didn't go away. Spend the extra money and stay at Margaritaville

Not impressed

I was very frustrated trying to find the parking lot. After exiting the beach and making several circles trying to find 4th st. I finally called the front desk. When you put cones in front of an already small area you would never know it was a road for you to go park. The parking is small and very hard to maneuver anywhere in the lot. The room was nice. It took forever to get hot water and the tub is old and somewhat disgusting. Because of the whole area being crowded, near the bridge exit and all of the congestion with the construction i did not get a good impression and will not go back.
