The rooms were absolutely disgusting! Not clean at all. The floors were so dirty I have pictures of our feet for proof from the first night! We left early because of how dirty the place was and the property was absolutely unsafe! 100 percent unsafe breathing in all of the black soot from digging with machines, spray painting buildings. Mold everywhere!!!

We came in later at night. The security and office staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking can be precarious if the tikibar is busy.

If you’re looking to drink 12 hours a day in a pretty awesome tiki bar, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, a door that you can’t see light around, or warm water in your shower, maybe make a different choice.

The Lighthouse Resort with the Tiki Bar at the heart of it is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the party. I stayed in 502 and I was on top of the Tiki, so couldn’t see in, but could hear the music all day and night. For me, this was absolutely a plus. The music is loud at night, but turns off promptly when it is supposed to. I slept great. Watched a movie in the room with no problem, napped. The location is spectacular. The Lighthouse is Nestled in with Margaritaville so there are other bars to try, walking distance to beach, Times Square. Yucatan Beach stand is around the corner and always good. The beach is still recovering and has a Long way to go, so not a lot open but what is open is eager to make your visit a good one!

This is my 2nd time staying at this property, very clean and fun tiki bar. The only negative is the parking or lack of it at night when the entertainment is there and the parking is open to the public. Otherwise all good!

Needs improvement.
Great place. Love the Tiki Bar, perfect location to party. Parking is free but can be challenging. Mold smell coming from the AC, damp, stuffy air, it gave me a headache. Beds were comfy and clean but there was sand all over the floor. Management unwilling to acomodate requests like a minor late checkout even though they were not busy. I'll be back for the location and Tiki crowd and staff. Made me feel welcomed. Charity is great.
