I didn’t like all of the additional fees we didn’t find out about until we were in Florida like $25 per day which we had for 2 yoga mats and another 25 for parking which was tight on spaces. other than this the room was clean updated to feel nicer than hotel room and nicely decorated.Had kitchen amenities which were new.Suggestions broom and dustpan and a few hooks to hand towel or robe and one other small end table would finish it off I would recommend although want the one with the porch and own door next time😊

Very clean room. Everything looked brand new and we enjoyed the boho style decor. Super cute room! It has a kitchenette, which was also a big bonus. Very close to the beach. Beach area is nice and secluded. Stay here without hesitation if you like cozy and quiet.

No service, terrible stay.

There is NO service at this hotel, items listed under room are missing, the room smelled very bad and was filled with mosquitos upon arrival. I contacted the hotel via email and phone over 40 times no reply. The room is so noisy you hear the conversation from adjacent room. They do not clean or at least come empty the garbage bin. Was charged resort fee for beach chairs that did not exist.

We were scammed, the room we received was not what we rented. We were in a room as big as a closet with a restroom that you couldn’t shower it was so small. We rented the superior room with 2 beds because it was 4 people in our group, so they ended up leaving to a different place which was horrible late at night. Dirty room tons of mosquitoes, no hot water. I will never stay there again.

Cute but has issues

THE GOOD ☺️: Very cute bungalows in quiet residential neighborhood and very close to beach. Loved the boho decor inside and the bed was comfortable and nice cold AC. FYI: The laundry room was closed and according to past reviews had been closed a very long time. Place looked a bit abandoned as there was a destroyed hammock in the yard and ruined construction supplies stacked outside. There were no other guests but for one of the nights I was there and the outside is not well lit so it's very quiet but a little creepy tbh. Toiletries provided were a stack of little round soaps. Keurig provided but no coffee. PAYMENT ISSUES: Virtual desk means you text during office hours. No deposit or payment taken at booking so I played phone tag for 3 days trying to pay the bill. They overcharged me almost $70 and when I requested an itemized bill, I received an invoice, not itemized, that made no sense and was not the same as the hotels.com receipt or prices. I texted and emailed my bill for comparison, no response. After calls, emails, and texts...still no response. This place has potential but it seems like it's not fully up and running smoothly.

The room was very beautiful and updated. Only a block away from a beautiful beach. However, be worn that the check-in process is completely remote and you will receive an email with a whole bunch of charges that don’t reflect on the Expedia website. For example, they charge a resort fee of $25 and this is not a resort and they only give you two towels to shower with so if you’re going to the beach, you will not have towels. We weigh it almost 4 hours to check in in the hot Florida sun. They do give you a phone number to contact and nobody will answer and everybody that I talk to you that was staying there had the same issue. Thankfully, these beautiful and wonderful humans offered me some water. Eventually, I went into my car to get relief from the air conditioning and went to get a bite to eat. I would’ve paid the extra $25 or $50 to check in early but nobody got back to me. There is one person on site that was cleaning the room who is in communication with the owners, but they refused to contact me. Not a nice way to start a vacation. This facility should not advertise as a resort and should be upfront with fees is very disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT book

My girlfriend and I booked this place because we saw it had great reviews. Those reviews must have all been done by the property owners themselves or were paid reviews because none of them added up to anything we saw and experienced when we arrived. We arrived at this hotel on Friday April 11 at about 4:45pm. As we arrived we were already skeptical about the photos we saw online. Nothing about the outdoor atmosphere matched with photos we saw. The place seemed abandoned, but we didn’t think too much about it and had hope for the interior. We walked inside and we were immediately disgusted. This place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor was covered in sand and dirt and a few day old stain. The countertops were full of dirt. The toilet was covered in hair as well as either a poop or pee stains, but, good thing they sprayed toilet bowl cleaner inside the toilet to make it look like it was cleaned! Don’t worry we aren’t done. The shower glass was covered in hand prints and also dirty. We walked over to the bed and the floor around it was also full of dirt and stains. Given the fact they couldn’t even sweep the floors we doubt the sheets or towels were even clean so we didn’t look for stains on the bed. We pulled out the trundle underneath the main bed and it was covered in either dog hair or cat hair. The carpet the bed was sitting on was also covered in sand, dirt and dog hair.
