The room was clean and quite large. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly. Would stay again when only needing a place to sleep while traveling. Oh and the courtyard is very pretty.

The room was very cold, there was no temperature control, blankets on the bed were paper-thin and there were no others in the room, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the pillows were uncomfortable. There was also a hidden pet fee that wasn't mentioned online. Night staff was very friendly, though.

The flooring in the room was worn and coming up in places. It was a cold night and the heater was putting out slightly warm air in the middle of the vent and cold air from the outside edges. We stayed here a few months ago and really liked the atrium pool but the jacuzzi and all of the ice machines were out of order at the time. We thought that they would have done some repairs in the meantime but that wasn’t the case.

The front desk staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He represented the hotel well. The room was clean and suited our needs. The website said there was breakfast, but we were informed that there is only coffee.

There was a used con dom on the sidewalk. The fan and bathtub didn't work well and the shower curtain smelled moldy. The lights were flickering and some lights didnt even work. The bed wasn't a real bed, but instead a large brick of foam. I would NEVER stay at this property again.

The pool Area was under maintenance for the season, but that’s because it’s January. Other than that, everything was clean, there were no stains on the mattress, and everything was stocked well.

What a memorable stay! Check-in was a breeze, even after checking in late. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Restroom had an inoperable exhaust fan, but all other features were great! A/C was so comfortable and set just right for the night. There was a list of places to order or eat at in this area. The pool was clean and under an actual atrium! Definitely recommend this location for anyone to stay.

Rooms were large and clean with kitchenettes. Bed was comfortable. No shampoo or conditioner. Towels are small and rough. Small bars of soap. Pool is heated. Jacuzzi not working. Staff is really nice and accommodating.
