My child was playing with my phone and booked this stay without me knowing. We don’t even live in the hotel area, weren’t anywhere near it & they did not refund me. I paid the cost of a night for nothing. Completely ridiculous.

The room was super clean and modern. The towels were thick and smelled fresh. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The evening and night time desk staff were very friendly and quick.

The room was clean, but the dresser probably would have been rejected as a donation to Goodwill, the shower curtain rod was installed wrong and was rusty making it difficult to move the shower curtain. This motel should ne 2.5 stars.

Very disappointed

Upon checking in they didn’t have the rooms we had reserved. The first room they put us in was dirty with garbage in the cans. The second room was clean but it had 2 queens instead of the king we had reserved. The 2nd bedroom they first gave us was already occupied when we used our key to go in so then they gave us another room. We also requested a pack and play for our baby and they didn’t have that ready or available. It was very disappointing. Also, the rooms had a weird smell.

Great deal for price

Traveling from AZ to FL in a moving truck, my husband and I needed a clean and safe place to stay and Days Inn was perfect. We have no complaints. Waffles or toast, eggs and sausage, coffee, orange or apple juice in price...what else do you need?
