No sleeping in if you want breakfast

Our stay was average, nothing stood out. We had been traveling a lot so took advantage of a slow morning which was a mistake as far as getting breakfast. They closed by 9:30 am and did not offer anything but a “yep we’re closed” Our room only had one coffee cup so couldn’t get us both a coffee either.

The bed wasn’t comfy for me and the pillows smelled like old sweaty tshirts. I like that there is groutless tile in the bathroom. POtherwise it was average - typical of Hampton Inns, Holiday Inn Express, etc. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and the expected fare.

Property itself was ok. Outside the fence of the property looked very ghetto. Graffiti covered abandoned buildings, hug pile of old tires in the field next to the property, garbage etc. The hotel is the ONLY thing really respectable in that area. I usually do a better job checking out my hotels and the surrounding areas but all the pics on the website left out any glimpse of the surrounding area. Google the property before you book so you can see the area. In a pinch it will do but, I probably would pick another area in the future.
