No effort at all.
We reserved a room for two people, for some reason they gave us one bedroom, handicapped room. We requested to move us, to a double bed, they claim there is no more rooms, after driving all day and exhausted, we want to have our own beds, according to the hotels.com they do have double beds, but at the hotel they refused to give us a double bed. People that work at the front desk have no consideration or try to do anything to make your stay more pleasant and relaxing. I asked for their names, and happen to be both receptionist their nicknames, DJ & BB Very unprofessional, never had a experience like this.

Everything about our stay was great! We were traveling due to a move and had to bring our pups with us. The hotel is dog friendly! Everything was clean, easy access to highway I-10, quiet, and customer service was great. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Requested a quiet room away from elevator and ice machine . What did I receive! A room across from ice machine next to exit door on first floor where guest slammed door til midnight.
