Very nice staff. Very helpful. Clean, big room. Not far from the Marfa light observatory. 9 miles.All ground floor, plus you have your own exit door right to your vehicle. They except pets, an added bonus!

No one ever answers the phone at the office. We had check in issues with our key not working. Couldn’t find anyone to help us get in our room. But the biggest issue is that we paid the pet fees and were charged an insane amount for pet damages. Our dog chewed a hole in their cheap blanket. They then went on to lie and say there were scratches on the floor from our dogs. They charged us $300 for damages, this is despite their website saying that guests are liable for up to $250 in pet damages. They will come up with or make up any excuse to nickel and dime guests or charge for incidentals/damages. 0/10 recommend, never staying here again.

Clean room. Very Spacious. The shower was missing a door and the floor was getting wet, I believe it was installed wrong. But the staff was friendly and the overall stay was enjoyable.
