The area is really nice very close to the beach, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance that I loved. As far as the staff I was a little disappointed that housekeeping only comes to the rooms every 2nd day, as a family of 5 and 3 small children it just wasn’t enough. I asked multiple for them to drop towels as i expected to clean up after the beach. Unfortunately I had to walk down from the top floor to the front desk to personally get them myself all to be greeted with friction about asking.

Was not informed of $50 damage deposit when booking. A guest had a small dog and was barking at 3 AM. The hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week. The breakfast choice was cereal or bagels. Low 3 star only because the room was clean.

We were told that due to short cleaning staff, rooms were only available on the first floor, and at 7 o’clock in the evening rolls were still being cleaned on the first floor. There was one room with the door was open and the guest we’re staying in there and hospitality was cleaning and she didn’t speak any english so I had to walk all the way to the front desk to request towels.

Check-in was smooth and we were offered an upstairs room in the new wing. The room was ok with all the necessary furnishings although spartan. It was quiet as we were located at the end of the wing facing the golf course. (Nice). The breakfast was very limited with no hot options. The lobby lady was very nice. EV parking was available at a cost.
